What can I expect?

Preparation

We clarify goals and build nervous system resources with a 20-minute consultation and a 1-hour virtual assessment and preparation session.

The Intensive

Extended, structured time for trauma processing with built-in breaks and regulation.

Integration

Based on the Child Trauma Institute’s Intensive Trauma Therapy practices, we prepare you for re-entry to help you succeed with your new sense of and perspective on the world around you.

3-Hour Intensive:
The Targeted Reset

  • Best For: Individuals looking to process a specific, recent "single-event" trauma or a persistent phobia. 

  • Focus: We use the Flash Technique and EMDR to desensitize a specific trigger or "stuck point". 

  • Outcome: Significant reduction in acute distress and a restored sense of safety regarding a specific event.

Each intensive is tailored to your specific needs, history, and goals. Here is how we typically utilize these focused blocks of time: 

6-Hour Intensive (One-Day):
The Deep Dive

  • Best For: Complex emotional patterns, specific or cluster of trauma memories, stuck life transition, relationship rupture

  • Focus: This format allows us to map out your Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts and use EMDR to begin processing generational or childhood themes. 

  • Outcome: A major shift in self-perception and emotional regulation, providing a bridge from overwhelm to intention. 

12-Hour Intensive (Two-Day):
The Foundational Transformation

  • Best For: Individuals ready to tackle long-standing complex trauma (C-PTSD), deep-rooted identity shifts, childhood trauma, or significant relational wounds. 

  • Focus: This "Retreat-Style" format allows for comprehensive trauma processing across multiple life domains. It includes somatic work, parts work (IFS), and deep EMDR reprocessing. 

  • Outcome: A holistic reconfiguration of your nervous system, allowing you to walk away with a newfound sense of clarity, resilience, and personal authority.
