Accelerated Healing: Trauma Intensives

Traditional weekly therapy is a powerful tool, but sometimes the "talk therapy" plateau can leave you feeling stuck. Trauma Intensives provide a concentrated, high-impact alternative designed to bypass the limitations of the clock and move directly into deep-seated resolution.

By utilizing advanced modalities like EMDR, Flash Technique, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we can accomplish in a matter of hours what often takes months of traditional sessions.

A Calm Mama™ Trauma Intensive is an extended, deeply supported therapy experience designed to help mothers process unresolved trauma in a focused, contained way.

Instead of touching the pain for 50 minutes and closing it back up, we create protected time to gently and thoroughly work through it.

No rushing.
No overwhelm.
No retraumatization.

Just intentional, nervous-system-informed healing.
